The Kwartał Kamienic, a luxury project by a Inpro S.A., a developer quoted on the Stock Exchange, was appreciated by the Regional Inspectorate of the State Labour Inspection in Gdańsk. In the "Build Safely" competition organised by that authority, Inpro won the first place for the implementation of its prestigious complex. The awards ceremony took place in the Artus Court, a part of the Gdańsk History Museum, on 4th November 2011.

The Regional Inspectorate of the State Labour Inspection in Gdańsk awards persons and companies best taking care of the safety of their employees. The objective of the "Build Safely" competition is to make hygienic work conditions at construction sites popular and promote those contractors who ensure safe workplaces in the construction process. The activities of the Inspectorate are to contribute to the general increase of the work safety level in construction industry in Poland.

The completion of construction works is scheduled for September 2012.

Inpro S.A., one of the leading Tri-City developer quoted on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, together with PACZULL credit advisor, is launching a new credit offer for its customers. The offer concerns a special payment system, for the customers of Inpro SA, in which the buyer starts repaying the credit (the principals and interest) for the flat as late as after taking the flat over. A higher margin is not implied, and the commission is still 0%. The system is a convenient facility for those who had to pay credit instalments and, at the same time, cover the costs of renting a flat. Finance is provided up to 95 % LTV (which means 5% customer's contribution).
This special payment system applies to the purchase of any flats currently offered by Inpro S.A. The system helps the customer to avoid a considerable burden on the home budget. When buying a new item of real estate and waiting for its taking over, the customer of Inpro does not duplicate the costs related, for example, to paying the rent and repayment of credit instalment or interest only. The offer for the customers of Inpro S.A does not involve a higher margin and the commission is still 0%.
'Customers often buy flats in the course of their construction. That has some advantages. The price may be even several per cent lower compared to finished real estate, which has been placed in service. At the stage of construction works, however, customers often cover double costs. They repay the principal and interest on the credit but also cover additional costs because they live somewhere else. Even if the costs are not doubled, the buyer of real estate must be prepared for increased expenses in the majority of cases. He or she pays more not only for the service but also covers the costs of the so-called bridging insurance or a low value of his or her contribution. The Oliwski Hotel built by Inpro won a distinction in the Tourism Category at the 11th Gdansk Tourism Fair.
We have been awarded a distinction by the Chairman of the Gdynia City Council for the Osiedle Skłodowskiej multi-family residential complex as the best project in Gdynia in 2007.
