A block of tenement houses will be built not far from St. John's church in Gdańsk soon. The project is of an unprecedented scale and has been preceded by an ongoing discussion on the appearance of the new part of the old Gdańsk. The new buildings will reflect the historic character of the Main Town but their architecture will be very modern.

On 25 May 2007, on the occasion of our jubilee, the Friday edition of the Dziennik Bałtycki and Gazeta Wyborcza local dailies published a special supplement about INPRO. On the occasion of our jubilee we have prepared a brochure presenting the history, present and future of Inpro.For those of you who would like to read it, we have also prepared two digital versions.

We started flat handing over procedures at the Osiedle Hynka estate in January 2007. The project was completed in December 2006, and landscaping will be finished by 30 April 2007.

The sales office at that estate has been closed. If you are interested in buying parking spaces, please visit our sales department in the Inpro registered office at ul. Opata Jacka Rybińskiego in Gdańsk.
On 16 October 2006, a new sales office opened in a show house at the Nowiec estate (view the location). Customers interested in buying a house at the Nowiec are invited to that office on Mondays - Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

On the 13th of March 2006 Inpro obtained a building permit for the complex of 3 buildings situated at Arkońska street in Gdańsk.
The Sales Office was relocated to building D.
Parking spaces in the garage hall at the Trzy Dęby Estate (phase 2) have been ready to use since January 23rd 2006. Remote controls can be claimed after the total fee for the parking space is paid. Please contact the site manager Mr. Zbigniew Krzymiński at +4858 302 52 78.
Inpro seeks construction workers to complete shells of buildings: concreters, steel fixers, carpenters and bricklayers. We offer good welfare conditions, long-term employment, and a secure salary. On 29th December 2005 INPRO obtained the permit for use for the following building: A (Morenowe Wzgórze 10) and B (Morenowe Wzgórze 4) at the MYŚLIWSKIE III ESTATE.
On 27th December of 2005 Inpro obtained a building permit for the Villa Maria.
