The whole Golf Park estate is connected to the municipal drainage system.
Inpro SA will build a 5 m wide road and a 1.5 m wide footway from the national road
to the entrance to the estate.
The road will be made of asphaltic concrete (an aggregate and asphalt mix).
1. Location: Tuchom, next to Lake Tuchomskie, 6.5 km from limits of the city of Gdynia and 4.8 km from Chwaszczyno. The estate will be located 11.5 km from the Lech Wałęsa Airport and 5.5 km from the golf course in Tokary. The estate will be surronded with a commercial fence with the security room. Green areas, a playground, multi-functional sport field have been designed as part of the project.
2. House area: from 158 m2 to 208 m2
3. Plot area: from 600 m2 to 1,549 m2
4. Deadlines: This 8.88 hectare estate will be built in four phases. Houses for sale are at phase A i B. Deadlines for completion of the basic standard of the houses: phase A - complited, exception A.2.1.1 and A.2.1.2.

5. Payment Schedule:
a) 1st instalment (10%) within 7 days from signing the contract,
b) 2nd instalment (20%) within 30 days from signing the contract,
c) 3rd instalment (20%) within 14 days from completion of the ground floor level of the house,
d) 4th instalment (20%) within 14 days from completion of the open shell of the house,
e) 5th instalment (20%) within 14 days from completion of the closed shell of the house,
f) 6th instalment (10%) 14 days before signing the handover and receipt report for the house.
Instalments remaining to be paid are subject to revaluation.
On paying 90% of the contract value the customer gets a discount of up to 4% (not applicable to the houses at PLN 555,000 including VAT)
6. The price of a house with land is from PLN 555,000 including VAT
NB. VAT is 8% for a house, 8% for a plot and 23% for plots designated for roads and green areas.
7. 1.Standard of the detached and semi-detached house:
