Payment terms:
a) first instalment: 10 % within 7 days from signing the contract, b) second instalment: 90 % within 30 days from signing the contract.
Instalments remaining to be paid are subject to revaluation with reference to an inflation index for construction and assembly works published by the Polish Central Statistical Office (GUS).
If the total sum is paid on signing the contract, the contract price is final.
3. Standard of Buildings:
A 6 and 8 - storey building with 6 staircases and one garage hall accessible from the staircases. There are storage cellars in each staircase. The building structure made of reinforced concrete, YTONG curtain walls finished with gypsum plaster. The structure of the roof slab, double glazed PVC windows, internal sills made of Duromarmur, ground floor compartments provided with security roller blinds and the flats: A.1.1.3, A.3.1.1, A.4.1.1, A.5.1.2, and A.5.1.3 are provided with burglar - proof windows and accessories. A concrete base for a finished floor will be made at balconies and terraces. A gate to the garage hall is remotely controlled. Heating of the building - central, from the GPEC local heating company.

Internal partition walls are made of Promonta or Orthgips gypsum blocks. Structural walls are made of reinforced concrete, finished with gypsum putty painted with white emulsion paint, bathroom walls - unpainted gypsum plaster, ceilings painted with white emulsion paint
