Chmielna Park is a project located at the Granary Island, close to Chmielna and Toruńska Streets in Gdańsk. The estate is composed of three buildings (blocks) forming the frontage of Chmielna Street.
The central building B has a nine-storey tower which will be a dominant feature in the composition. The building has a garage hall and storage cellars, and each staircase will be provided with a lift. The estate will not be fenced but will have a security room is located on the ground floor of the building.
To maximise the view of the Main Town from flats, the architect designed terrace architecture buildings, which will have commercial premises on the ground floor. The modern architecture of the buildings will feature large sunny terraces and balconies.
Green areas and structural landscaping items have been designed for the estate.
