A block of tenement houses will be built soon not far from St. John's church in Gdańsk. The project is of an unprecedented scale and has been included in an ongoing discussion on the appearance of the new part of the old Gdańsk.

The new buildings will reflect the historic nature of the Main Town but their architecture will be very modern. We will meet all the requirements following the history of the site, such as the height of the buildings, roof slopes, roof ridges perpendicular to the streets, and the division of the facades with reference to the lines marked by the tenement houses, which used to be here. Clinker bricks will be used, a material typical of not only the historic development of the medieval city, but also of the 19th century neo-Gothic style, which is abundant in Gdańsk. Clinker bricks in contemporary architecture are an expression of composed elegance and high quality. Our experience and respect for history and architecture make us feel certain that those two aspects will complement each other perfectly.
