4. Payment terms:
a) first instalment: 10 % within 7 days from signing the contract, b) second instalment: 70 % within 30 days from signing the contract, c) third instalment: 14 days before signing the taking-over report.
Instalments remaining to be paid are subject to revaluation with reference to an inflation index for construction and assembly works published by the Polish Central Statistical Office (GUS).
If the total sum is paid on signing the contract, the contract price is final.
Depending on the amount paid, a discount of up to 5% on the price of selected flats is possible.
4. Price per 1 m2 from PLN 12,000 zł + VAT/1m2 to PLN 14,000 zł + VAT/1m2
Parking spaces in the garage hall PLN 35,000 +VAT/1m2.The price of the balcony or garden is included in the flat price.
NB. Current VAT is 8% for flats and ground - based parking spaces, and 23% for parking spaces in the garage hall.
5. Standard of Building:
A four storey building with 28 luxury flats with a view tower accessible from the flat on the 3rd floor is equipped with a lift and a garage hall with 22 parking spaces. In the basement there is a recreation hall. Four flats have big terraces.
The building structure made of reinforced concrete and bricks; sandwich walls with Porotherm polystyrene foam insulation, finished with thin plaster. The ceiling structure is made of in-situ reinforced concrete slabs. Windows are made of wood and doubleglazed (the heat permeation coefficient U=1.1), and internal sills made of marble. Ground floor apartments are provided with burglar-proof windows, balconies with high a concrete base for a finished floor, and staircase floors are stone-tiled.
