The facility is located in the very heart of the Mazury Lake District, on the Birds' Island and peninsula at Lake Mikołajskie. The CONDOHOTEL **** will be located on the Birds' Island and connected with the mainland by a platform. A marina will be built in the western part of the island.
The hotel will comprise hotel rooms, a restaurant with a view of Mikołajki, reception, swimming pool, SPA, health and beaty salon, fitness centre and a playroom for children. We have located a restaurant and hotel building with a lobby, bar and reception at the peninsula.
A conference centre with a reception and a marina will be located at the peninsula.
