
1. Location: Mikołajki, Al. Spacerowa. The Hotel Mikołajki**** is located on an island with direct access to the lake. A marina is located in the western part of the island. The hotel includes rooms, a restaurant with a view of Mikołajki, reception, swimming pool, SPA, health and beauty salon, fitness centre and play room for children. On the island, we have sited a restaurant and conference hall with a lobby, bar and reception. The island, at which there are apartments for sale too, is connected with a peninsula by a jetty. The hotel building has been designed to provide its users with the most of sunshine and contact with the surrounding landscape. The plot of land is owned by Inpro. At the peninsula, there is also a guest car park and a playground.

7. Standard of the Building:
Structure including load-bearing walls: reinforced concrete; external composite walls: reinforced concrete and blocks insulated with mineral wool with façade cladding. Façade: glass and aluminium, floor slabs: in-situ reinforced concrete slabs; elevation: finished with cladding, some parts traditional. Terrace and loggia floors: commercial wood flooring or frost-resistant stoneware; internal barriers: stainless steel or glass with wooden handrails; windows: double glazed aluminium as part of the façade, balcony doors: part of the glass and aluminium façade (glass heat transfer coefficient U = 1.1), entrance doors to the building: glass and aluminium. The building has three passenger lifts. Staircases and corridors will be tiled with granite-imitating stoneware tiles, wood or carpet and will have high finish standard.
