The last flat 75.1 m² at a modern building called Myśliwskie IV located between Myśliwskie I and Myśliwskie II residential estates developed by Inpro.
A three-storey building is situated at morainic hills in Gdańsk and has an excellent connection by road with the centre of Gdańsk and with Wrzeszcz.

The building will be fenced and provided with security service by means of camera system around the clock. As part of the project, a fitness room and sauna will be designed. Green areas, small architectural items, and ground-based car parks will also be designed and built.
