A three-storey building is located at morainic hills with excellent access to the centre of Gdańsk and to the Wrzeszcz shopping district of the city. The building is located between Myśliwskie I and Myśliwskie II housing estates.

The building will be fenced and provided with security service by means of camera system around the clock. As part of the project, a fitness room and sauna will be designed. Green areas, small architectural items, and ground-based car parks will also be designed and built.
All the flats have storage cellars allocated to them, and flats at the ground floor flats have gardens for exclusive use of owners of those flats.
The commencement of the project is planned for winter 2007, and completion for the 30 July 2008.
