Inpro wins the "Friendly Exhibitor" title during the ERGO ARENA Housing Fair in Gdańsk

During the spring edition of the ERGO-ARENA Tri-City Housing Fair in Gdańsk, Inpro S.A. was awarded the "Friendly Exhibitor" title in the opinion poll held by the fair organiser, redNet Media. Inpro - the Construction Company of the year 2011

Inpro S.A., one of the leading developers in the Tri-City, a company quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, was granted the CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF THE YEAR 2011 distinction in the DEVELOPER category, awarded by the Editorial Office and the Programme Committee of the BUILDER trade monthly. Piotr Stefaniak, President of the Management Board of the Company, was appreciated by the Chapter of the Competition and granted a SPECIAL DISTINCTION for the effective management of the company and its market success in 2011.
The CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF THE YEAR is a special distinction for companies and their managers, the personalities in the trade, for effective management and market success in 2011. Awards are granted in the Builder Awards competition, which summarises special achievements of the Polish construction industry in the form of distinctions. The CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF THE YEAR distinction is also the nomination for the POLISH HERCULES statue in the next year.
When the CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF THE YEAR 2011 distinction was granted to Inpro S.A., the Company's achievements in 2011 were appreciated, first of all its approaching 25th anniversary, the growth in apartment sales by 22%, the debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the development of the IT system aiming at improved operational efficiency and the implementation of projects with the use of innovative technical and organisational solutions.
"For us the Construction Company of the Year 2011 distinction means confirmation that we are the leader on the Tri-City housing market, the more so this competition takes into account the designs, achievements, projects and the position against the competitors in the trade," - comments Piotr Stefaniak, President of the Management Board of Inpro S.A.
This year's 9th edition of the Builder Awards Gala was held on 1 March in the Polonia Palace hotel in Warsaw. Among the invited guests were not only entrepreneurs creating a strong image of the construction industry but also the representatives of the professional self-government, trade organisations, scientific centres and state institutions.
Inpro S.A. has won many prizes and distinctions and ranks high in the listings published by trade magazines; for example the Company came sixth in the region and 48th in Poland in the Forbes listing for 2009 in the category of most-rapidly growing companies and ranked number two on the Gdańsk market in apartment sales in 2010 with the market share at the level of 9.4%. Last year the company came second in the most widely recognised developer category on the Tri-City market in the Housing Brand of the Year 2011 survey.

First Place for the Prestigious Kwartał Kamienic Project to Inpro

The Kwartał Kamienic, a luxury project by a Inpro S.A., a developer quoted on the Stock Exchange, was appreciated by the Regional Inspectorate of the State Labour Inspection in Gdańsk. In the "Build Safely" competition organised by that authority, Inpro won the first place for the implementation of its prestigious complex. The awards ceremony took place in the Artus Court, a part of the Gdańsk History Museum, on 4th November 2011.
"The first place for the implementation of our prestigious Kwartał Kamienic project in the very heart of the Main Town in Gdańsk is a strong argument confirming that in our project we are guided in by special values thus managing the works in the safest possible way," - says Piotr Stefaniak, President of the Management Board of Inpro S.A.
The Regional Inspectorate of the State Labour Inspection in Gdańsk awards persons and companies best taking care of the safety of their employees. The objective of the "Build Safely" competition is to make hygienic work conditions at construction sites popular and promote those contractors who ensure safe workplaces in the construction process. The activities of the Inspectorate are to contribute to the general increase of the work safety level in construction industry in Poland.
INPRO S.A. - one of the most widely recognised developers on the Tri-City market

Inpro S.A., one of the leading developers in the Tri-City, a company quoted on the Stock Exchange, came second in the most widely recognised developer category on the Tri-City market in the Housing Brand of the Year 2011 research. The originator and organiser of the Housing Brand of the Year 2011 listing was Nowy Adres S.A. The research was conducted by the Millward Brown SMG/KRC research institute, which carried out more than 1,500 interviews with the inhabitants of the following five agglomerations in Poland: Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, Wrocław and the Tri-City. The listing was based on the results of the spontaneous brand awareness testing.
The Housing Brand of the Year research was conducted among 25 - 60 year old respondents. During interviews, the inhabitants of the agglomerations were asked about spontaneous and aided brand awareness in the following four categories: a developer, real estate agency, mortgage bank and financial agent. The awareness of developers and real estate agencies was checked on local markets. Inpro S.A. won 33% of votes on the Tri-City market.

Inpro S.A. is a company with many years of experience and tradition on the development market. The company was established in 1987 and will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2012. Since February 2011 the company has been quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Those are, in our opinion, the main reasons for such a high place in the listing.
The company is implementing ten projects comprising 800 apartments and 200 houses. In the coming months, the company is planning to start the construction of a new project called the Chmielna Park in a prestigious location on the Granary Island.
2011 saw the commencement of two very prestigious projects. One of them is a block of tenement houses - a luxurious complex of 90 high standard apartments from 30 to 99 m2. The project is being carried out in the very heart of the Main Town in Gdańsk, opposite St. John's church, just 200 m from the historic Great Crane and 300 m from St. Mary's. Construction works started in spring 2011. As many as 25% of luxurious apartments have been sold by now.
The other exceptional project run by the Company is an apartment hotel on the Birds' Island in Mikołajki. That luxurious and absolutely unique condohotel is being built to a four-star standard. A complex of 77 hotel rooms and 18 apartments will have its private marina with 64 berths and direct access to the lake. Customers may choose from 18 luxurious turn-key apartments.
