![]() Piotr Stefaniak President |
![]() Zbigniew Lewiński Vice-President |
Those three men also form the management board of the Company. They worked in construction industry and gained their experience during implementation of various projects. They share a passion for their work, diligence and professionalism. They are an excellent team, in which ingenuity, a high level of university knowledge, and a flair for organisation and perfectionism are the strongest assets. Mr Piotr Stefaniak, Mr Krzysztof Maraszek and Mr Zbigniew Lewiński have known one another and been friends for many years. They work and take a rest together. They can constructively argue over new solutions and make difficult decisions but above all . . . they like their job.
Right after inception, in 1987-1990, the company was involved in the design and preparation of construction projects. The subsequent years saw significant changes in Inpro's organisation, which ensured dynamic development of the company. Entering into a capital relationship with other construction companies enabled Inpro to extend its operations. Implementation of projects at the demanding German was an opportunity to learn about state-of-the art technologies and to transfer them to Poland.
Owing to the above, Inpro's reputation on the construction market grew significantly, and the company began to develop rapidly thus increasing the number of projects. The most prestigious ones include the renovation of the Main Town Hall in Gdańsk, construction of the building of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, construction of the sports hall for the Academy of Physical Education and Sport in Gdańsk and the modernisation of the facilities of the Gdańsk University of Technology (AUDITORIUM NOVUM).
In 1997-2001 Inpro places in service the first residential projects: the Atrium in Gdyni, Osiedle na Wzgórzu estate in Gdynia, Kamienica Karlikowska in Sopot, and Osiedle nad Potokiem estate in Gdynia. Inpro noticed a huge potential of Sopot. A landmark decision on the revitalisation and extension of the historic Villa Halina gave rise to more projects in the city, such as Kamienica Sopocka, Villa Krystyna or Villa Maria.
The construction of the Spa Hotel (Dom Zdrojowy) in Jastarnia, combining a hotel and apartments in one project, set out a new direction of operations. The success of the project played a decisive role in the commencement of similar ones in Gdańsk-Oliwa and in Mikołajki in the lake district of Poland.
Inpro also ambitiously plan to participate in the greatest project in the last fifty years that is in-the revitalisation of the Main Town and the reconstruction of the Granary Island in Gdańsk.
We are entering the twenty first year of our operations. We trust that the next projects and their quality will be highly valued by our customers.
