1. Lokalizacja: The Żabianka district in Gdańsk, 65 Chłopska street. The Wieża Leszka Białego is an 11-storey multi-family building. It will be located 1.2 km from the Gdańsk Bay and close to popular shopping centres and recreational areas. A bicycle route running from the Wieża Leszka Białego to the Jelitkowski park is an additional attraction. There is excellent access from the project site to Sopot and nearby districts of Gdańsk such as Przymorze and Zaspa. The Wieża Leszka Białego residential building is located 800 m from the Sports Hall situated at the border of Gdańsk and Sopot. The site is in perpetual tenure by Inpro until 12 December 2096.

2. Flat area: - from 45 m2 to 89.7 m2 (joining possible). Flat height: min. h=2.6m. The height of ground and 11th floor flats is 2.8 m.

3. Deadlines: Project complited (structural landscaping by 30 May 2011)

3a Payment terms:
a) 1st instalment (10%) within 7 days from signing the contract, b) 2nd instalment (80%) within 40 days from signing the contract, c) 3rd instalment (20%) within 14 days before signing the handover and receipt report for the house.
Selected flats may be purchased at a discount of up to 3%.

4. Prices: Flats: from PLN 6,100/1m2 net
Parking spaces in the garage hall PLN 20,000 net, the right to exclusive use of a ground-based parking space PLN 9,000 net. The price of a balcony or terrace is included in the price of a flat. Storage cellars: PLN 1,000/m2
Note. VAT is 8% for flats, 8% for a ground-based parking space, 8% for a storage cellar legally belonging to the flat, 23% for a parking space in the garage hall being a common part of the building, with right of exclusive use of such parking space by its owner.

5. Standard of the building:
The building will have one staircase, a lift and a garage hall in the basement. Storage cellars will be located at level (-1). The building has a reinforced concrete slab and concrete structure, external walls made of 24 cm blocks with insulation and mineral rendering. The roof is flat, windows made of double-glazed PVC with internal sills provided, all ground floor windows and balcony doors have burglar-proof panes and fixtures. Balconies: frost-resistant stoneware tiles; ground-floor terraces: concrete screeds, staircase floors: stoneware tiles. The garage hall gate will be automatic with remote control. Heating: central, provided by the city heating company (GPEC).

6. Standard of the flats:
Partitions: made of gypsum blocks covered with gypsum putty and painted white with emulsion paint, the walls in bathrooms and toilets made of unpainted gypsum blocks covered with gypsum putty; floors: concrete screeds in rooms, hall, kitchen and bathroom;
internal doors: not provided, entrance door: burglar-proof;
water installation: PE pipework connected to the city mains, with water meters in each flat; drainage: PVC pipework connected to the city system. Electrical installation: lighting: one outlet for a room below 16 m2, two outlets for a room of 16 m2 of more, 230 V sockets: one in the walk-in wardrobe, hall and toilet, two in a room below 16 m2, three in a room of 16 m2 or more; kitchen: one 400 V connection, two 230 V sockets above the worktop level, one socket for a charcoal absorber, one for cabinet lighting, one outlet at the balcony; heating installation: panel radiators with a thermostatic valve; telephone installation: two sockets; Internet: one socket with the possibility of connecting an external Internet provider; radio and TV: two sockets; intercom: one outlet; ventilation: mechanical.
Bathroom fittings: water connections and drains for a bath tub, wash basin and toilet bowl, a water valve and drain for an automatic washing machine;
toilet fittings (if a separate toilet provided): water connections for a wash basin and toilet bowl.
Kitchen fittings: water connections and drains for a sink and dish-washer.

Entrance to the site will be provided at Chłopska street side. The building will be fenced with commercial fencing and monitored by CCTV with the possibility of surveillance from the security room. At the ground floor of the building, a room for keeping push-chairs and bicycles will be located. The investor will make green areas, structural landscaping, benches and ground-based car parks. Large sunny balconies and glazed areas are additional advantages of the flats. Most ground floor flats have gardens, whose prices are included in the price of the flats. The proposed building will be fully adapted to the requirements of persons with disabilities. Each customer will have the right to make changes to his or her flat (as agreed in the contract).
