Parking spaces in the garage hall (building E) PLN 18,000, the right to exclusive use of a ground-based parking space PLN 8,000 + VAT, storage cellars PLN 1,500 + VAT/m2. The price of a balcony, terrace and gardens belonging to ground floor flats is included in the price of the flat.

5. Standard of the buildings:
