The Debiut residential estate is being built at Dybowskiego Street in Pruszcz Gdański, just 10 km from Gdańsk centre. As part of the first project stage, two four-storey modern buildings with lifts will be built. At the estate, a multi-purpose sports field, large playground, open-air fitness areas and many recreational areas are designed. The city authorities are planning to build a developed water reservoir close by.

As part of the project, wide balconies and loggias are planned, large gardens, even 200 m2, will belong to ground floor flats. A garage hall connected with residential levels by a lift will be built in the basement.  The estate will be fully monitored, and all the flats can be provided with video intercoms as an option available for an additional fee.

Pruszcz Gdański is an exceptionally picturesque town with excellent transport connections with the entire Tri-City. There are sport clubs, swimming pools, a skating rink, cinemas, creches and playgroups on the town. Many prestigious companies are growing in the town.

Comfortable and functional flats

All flats at the project are designed in a way ensuring maximum daylight to prospective residents. Owing to functional designs, all buyers will be able to furnish their dream flat quickly and comfortably. The biggest flats are planned at the topmost floors.

Sports and recreation

At the estate, a multi-purpose sports field (in conformity with the standard proven by inpro) suitable for various team games, a large playground for children, open-air fitness area, recreational areasand space for the youngest children with sandpits and benches for the children's carers will be built. Generally accessible bicycle parking spaces will be provided as well. The town authorities are planning to build a developed water reservoir close to the debiut estate.

Security

A monitoring system, both modern and inexpensive, will ensure the residents' peace and security. A video intercom will be installed in each flat, too. A remotely controlled entrance barrier will be installed by the entrance to the estate.

The highest quality materials will be used for building the estate. In the three stages of this modern project 11 buildings, which will feature the total of 287 flats, will be built. The first stage has just been completed. The intended completion of construction of stages II and III is in October 2019 and 2020, respectively. Owing to special attention to detail, even for the most demanding residents the estate will become a comfortable place to live.

Common areas

Within the estate, an exceptional recreation area with a big multi-purpose sports field and a playground for children has been built. A wooden shelter, with tables and places for relaxation and hanging out is an additional asset.
