The project was implemented in the Kokoszki district of Gdańsk, Nowatorów Street, 2 km from the Tri-City’s bypass road and just 6 km from the Lech Wałęsa airport. The Start estate is, first of all, the guarantee of comfort and quality.
The project consists of two stages comprising a total of 8 modern and functional buildings with 316 flats (stage I – 157 units, stage II – 159 units). Owing to amenities such as commercial units or the playground at the project site, anything most important to the residents is readily at hand. Many green areas and forests are also located at a small distance from the estate.
On 1 September 2021, a PLAYGROUP run by Pozytywne Inicjatywy Edukacja will be opened at stage I of the Start project. The institution will provide care of a group of as many as 75 children. The operation of an institution of that type at the estate will become a great convenience for all families with pre-school children.
Daily use services will be available to the residents of the Start estate at their fingertips. At each stage, the ground floor of one of the buildings will be designed as a commercial section.
In the close vicinity there are all the necessary places such as schools and preschools. Another asset is the proximity of a wide range of different shops such as Lidl, Biedronka, Auchan centre or IKEA, but also a church, restaurants, a post office or a petrol station. Thanks to that, all the daily errands can be done on the way home.
Eight three- and five-storey buildings will be built at the Start estate. Stage I comprises 157 flats, and stage II will consist of 159 flats.
At the estate, planned are four underground garage halls, which will be directly connected with five-storey residential buildings (C and D as well as E and G). As an extra feature, space for the residents’ storage boxes is also planned. All the five-storey buildings will be equipped with modern lifts.
Ground floor flat owners will enjoy gardens, which will surely become a perfect space for leisure activities with family and friends. Upper floor flats will have balconies and loggias.
Moreover, around the site there will be public green areas, which can be perfect for walks and recreation.
The Start estate is an example of architecture based on modern and functional design. Aesthetic qualities are not the only advantage of our construction. The most important thing in the project is quality, visible among other things in the used materials and workmanship.
Keeping in mind the safety of all residents, the Start estate will be provided with the CCTV system. Thank to this solution, the site will be controlled round the clock.
The Start estate – flats in a great place! The project's excellent location is its strong point. The heart of Kokoszki district is a perfect location for those who travel a lot. Our residential estate lies approximately 2 km from the TriCity bypass entrance, which enables quick access to all key places in Gdańsk and the surrounding area. Car journey to the city centre takes only 15 minutes!
From Nowatorów Street you can effortlessly travel using city transport connections. There are bus stops enabling access to many parts of the city in close vicinity of our residential buildings.
For people embarking on long trips, Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport , located only 6 km away, is a great asset.
A rail link running across Kokoszki will be upgraded by the end of 2022. The works on the "Kartuzy Bypass" are divided into two parts: the modernisation of approximately 16 km of the Gdańsk Kokoszki – Stara Piła – Żukowo – Glincz railway line and the reconstruction of some 1.5 km of the track at the Gdańsk Kiełpinek – Gdańsk Kokoszki section.
The redevelopment of the PKP rail station will offer the residents of the estate convenient and direct access to many places in the Tri-City and Kartuzy county. The new PKM Gdańsk Kokoszki rail stop will be located approximately 800 m from the Start project. In December 2020, PKP PLK S.A. selected the consortium of PHU Rajbud and Torhamer as the contractor the construction works for the so-called Kartuzy Bypass.

In the vicinity of about 1.5 km form the estate there are forests and green areas, perfect for family walks and active recreation.
As part of cooperation with the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk, INPRO financed and built a generally accessible multi-functional sports field. This sports facility is available to all the residents of Gdańsk. The field with an EPDM surface and subgrade and the approximate dimensions of 34 m x 18.5 m is suitable for various sports. The field is equipped with two handball goals and two basketball baskets. A 4.1 m high fence and 6.1 m high backstops were erected on the field. The project comprises a 2 m wide and 34 long pedestrian zone. The following structural landscaping items were also installed: 5 benches, 1 waste bin and 7 bicycle stands.
