Our residential estate lies approximately 2 km from the TriCity bypass entrance, which enables quick  access to all key places in Gdańsk and the surrounding area. Car journey to the city centre takes only 15 minutes!

Convenient close and distant connections

From Nowatorów Street you can effortlessly travel using city transport connections. There are bus stops enabling access to many parts of the city in close vicinity of our residential buildings.

For people embarking on long trips, Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport , located only 6 km away, is a great asset.

Kartuzy Bypass

A rail link running across Kokoszki will be upgraded by the end of 2021. The works on the "Kartuzy Bypass" are divided into two parts: the modernisation of approximately 15 km of the Gdańsk Kokoszki – Stara Piła – Żukowo – Glincz railway line and the reconstruction of some 1.5 km of the track at the Gdańsk Kiełpinek – Gdańsk Kokoszki section.

The redevelopment of the PKP rail station will offer the residents of the estate convenient and direct access to many places in the Tri-City and Kartuzy county. The new PKM Gdańsk Kokoszki rail stop will be located approximately 800 m from the Start project.

Forests and green areas

In the vicinity of about 1.5 km form the estate there are forests and green areas, perfect for family walks and active recreation.

All in one place

Residents of the Start estate will have access to everyday services at their fingertips. The ground floor of one of the buildings will be converted into commercial premises accessible to the public.

In the close vicinity there are all the necessary places such as schools and preschools. Another asset is the proximity of a wide range of different shops such as Lidl, Biedronka, Auchan centre or IKEA, but also a church, restaurants, a post office or a petrol station. Thanks to that, all the daily errands can be done on the way home.

At the Start estate, as part of the first project stage, four three- and five-storey buildings will be built,  featuring a total of 157 flats.

At the site, two underground garage halls connected directly with the buildings C and D are planned. Adjacent storage units for residents have also been designed. Two five-storey buildings will have modern lifts.

Green surroundings

Ground floor flat owners will enjoy gardens, which will surely become a perfect space for leisure activities with family and friends. Upper floor flats will have balconies and loggias.

Moreover, around the site there will be public green areas, which can be perfect for walks and recreation.
