This estate is being developed at Zaczarowana Street in the small village of Rotmanka, bordering Pruszcz Gdański, and only 10 km from the central part of Gdańsk. The Pruszcz Gdański railway station is some 2.5 km from the estate. Very well developed bus and train connections will enable the residents to reach any place in the Tri-City quickly and directly. Moreover, convenient travel around the neighbouring locations is ensured by the ring road and the motorway situated at a small distance from the estate.

Neighbourhood that turns out to work well every day

There are many attractive places in the immediate surroundings of the ATUT estate. Close to the project, there is the small seasonal Pumpkin Love farm offering many natural attractions for the whole family. In the area, there are also recreational areas, modern playgrounds for the youngest, and outdoor gyms, as well as cycling paths leading to various places in the Tri-City. The residents will also be able to take part in regular canoeing trips down the river Radunia and become members of the thriving Gdańsk Flying Club.

Perfect for active people

The area around Rotmanka and Pruszcz Gdański serves its residents with a wealth of attractions all year round. For example, close to the ATUT estate, there are sports schools, the Smooth Dance Academy, two comfortable swimming pools and a winter ice rink. In the summer, numerous theatrical performances, cabaret shows and concerts take place in the amphitheatre and in the park. Attractions for children including the skate park, sledge hill, playground and multi-purpose sports field are being prepared as part of the International Baltic Cultural Park.

The residents can enjoy all the comfort and convenience of educational facilities available at a short distance from the ATUT estate. In the vicinity of the project, there are many large shops, including Lidl, Biedronka, the Victory Shopping Centre, as well as numerous service outlets, such as outpatient health clinics and beauty parlours.

In the surroundings of the water reservoir near the ATUT project, recreational infrastructure has been provided including a cycling path and foot pavement, along with lighting and structural landscaping.

Modern urban recreation complex

in Pruszcz Gdański

In 2022, the Town of Pruszcz Gdański built a large urban recreational complex. Located at Rogozińskiego Street in Pruszcz Gdański, that modern space is accessible by the whole local community and is a unique attraction for both children and adults. As part of the completed project, residents can use a multi-purpose sports field with an artificial surface, a roller rink, bicycle path, playgrounds for younger and older children, an outdoor gym and a dog pen. In addition, 53 parking spaces have been built around the square.
