The Management Board of INPRO S.A. (the "Company") informs the public that in conformity with § 10 par. 14 of the Company's Statutes, the Company's Supervisory Board at a session on 18 December 2015 adopted resolution No. 32/2015 on the selection of the auditor, Deloitte Polska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with its registered office at Al. Jana Pawła II 19, 00-854 Warszawa (recorded on the list of entities authorised to audit financial statements, kept by the Polish National Chamber of Statutory Auditors, under number 73) to:

1. Conduct the reviews of the separate statements of INPRO S.A. and of the consolidated statements of the INPRO SA Capital Group for 2016.

2. Conduct the audit of the annual financial statements as at 31 December 2016 – the separate financial statements of INPRO S.A. and of the consolidated financial statements of the INPRO S.A. Capital Group.

The choice was made by the Supervisory Board in compliance with the mandatory provisions of law and professional standards.

The agreement with the selected entity, Deloitte Polska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa, will be concluded for one year.

So far, the Company signed with the above-mentioned entity the agreement for the audit of the annual separate statements of the Company and of the consolidated statements of the Group for 2015 and for the review of the interim separate and consolidated financial statements as at 30/06/2015.

U. [Journal of Laws] of 2009, No. 33, item 259 of 28 February 2009, as amended).
