The PROLOG residential estate is being built in Olsztyn, Cicha Street.

The project will be distinguished by modern architecture, by numerous amenities ensuring the high living standard and by an attractive location, which will guarantee, for example, easy access to commercial infrastructure.

A modern estate

with a view of the surroundings

The PROLOG project will be created in two stages. A total of three buildings will be built as part of the project. Each of the buildings will feature one basement level (comprising the garage hall) and 8 above-ground storeys ensuring the view of the city panorama.

Project task I

At the first stage of the construction of the estate, one multi-family building with 70 apartments will be built. The design assumes the construction of 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments from 40 to 106 m2.

Project task II

At the second phase of project construction, buildings comprising a total of 124 apartments and 2 commercial units are planned.

The areas of the apartments on offer are from 26 to 93 m2. The offer within project task II includes both one- room flats as well as 2-, 3-, 4- or even 5-room apartments, owing to which anybody can find ideal space for themselves. 

 

Terraces and balconies

Owing to additional space belonging to the apartments, the residents of the PROLOG estate will be able to maintain contact with nature all the time.

Flats at the lowest residential storeys will have green terraces, and flats at higher levels will have glazed balconies.

Amenities

All the facilities will be equipped with modern lifts. In the buildings, 194 storage boxes will be provided, and a bicycle repair and storage rooms will be built on the underground premises.

Parking spaces

A garage hall is planned in each of the buildings. On the underground levels, a total of 145 parking spaces will be built.

Additionally, above-ground car parks with 114 spaces will be built (including 4 spaces suitable for persons with disabilities).

Charging station

Electric vehicles are an environmentally-friendly and economical means of transport, it is therefore not surprising that they become more and more popular.

With electric vehicle owners in mind, INPRO designers have allowed for a charging station available to all the residents of the estate.

Green leisure area

As part of the estate, green leisure areas with structural landscaping will be created for relaxation. In their free time, the residents will be able to relax on comfortable benches or walk in green areas.

Moreover, bicycle stands will be located between the buildings.

 

Carefree play

The PROLOG is a family-friendly estate. It is with the youngest inhabitants in mind that a multi-functional playground permitting safe and carefree play will be built at the project site.

 

Commercial units

at the estate

With the everyday comfort of the residents in mind, two commercial units are planned at the estate, which will provide the residents with access to commercial infrastructure. A parcel pick-up station will be located at the estate, too.

Feel safe

To ensure the sense of everyday security to the residents, pedestrian and vehicular entrance zones at the estate will be secured with a remotely-controlled barriers and monitored permanently.

You will not pay for the space

under partitions

The space under partitions is not included in the flat area. At INPRO, you only pay for the area really used, and save a substantial amount on the purchase of the flat.
