What's important, is that there are a lot of companies close to the estate; one of them is Intel Technology, just 7 minutes by car.
Just 4 minutes on foot, there is a bus stop with great service link to Gdańsk Wrzeszcz and other key areas. Just 4 minutes on foot, there is a bus stop for the 110 bus, which can take you to the airport or towards Gdańsk Wrzeszcz with Galeria Bałtycka shopping centre on the way.
The Gdańsk Matarnia railway station is just 2 km away from the estate, and Lech Wałęsa Gdańsk airport is just 4.5 km away. There is an entrance to the Tricity bypass road close to the estate, providing convenient access to other parts of Gdańsk and to places which are farther away.
A 3 minute walk off the estate will lead you to a forest area which part of the Tricity Scenic Park with its calm, green space: perfect for outdoor activities and for winding down after a long day at work.
