The project location ensures comfortable access to all places important in everyday life. In the surroundings of the estate, there is a crèche, playgroup, Primary School No. 14 and 8th High School, as well as many shopping and service outlets.
The real atmosphere of Gdańsk is locked in its heart – in the downtown area – where historic architecture is intertwined with a multitude of atmospheric places. The SYNTEZA project is located less than 3 km from the Old Town, which permits the residents to enjoy both peace and the close location of attractions in the inner city.
Close to the project, there runs Kartuska Street, ensuring efficient access to many key places in the Tri-City, both by car and public transport. The nearest bus stop is approximately 200 m away (lines 167, 267 and N3), and the tram stop approximately 300 m from the project (lines 10 and 12).
