As part of a tripartite road agreement between the Pruszcz Gdański Commune, Jerónimo Martins Nieruchomości BIS Sp. z o.o. and Inpro S.A., a section of Zaczarowana Street in Rotmanka, Pruszcz Gdański, was built. A total of 150 metres of the new road surface were laid.
The project included a 7‑meter‑wide asphalt roadway with footways made of paving stones on both sides. New street lighting, a utility duct, and a rain‑water retention system were also installed, along with a pedestrian crossing. In addition, the electrical and telecommunication infrastructure was upgraded.
The construction of the new road section was part of the active Joint Creation of the City initiative, an idea of Inpro S.A. within which we undertook measures aimed at a real improvement of the comfort of life for the inhabitants of the towns and cities where our projects were implemented. We believed that our Atut estate in Rotmanka offered several advantages not only for the residents but for the entire local community.
