For years, we have been caring to make infrastructure around our residential estates attractive and functional for anybody. We want INPRO projects to serve the local residents, so we implement publically available projects which meet the residents’ current needs.
We are glad that the local community is provided with comfortable roads, safe foot pavements and space for games, activity and relaxation. Owing to all that, the residents may live better life every day.
We keep working on improving city infrastructure and jointly create the city with you in mind.
Owing to the We Jointly Create the City initiative we develop recreational and utility infrastructure. We create functional places such as access roads, foot pavements and cycling paths as well as publically available facilities permitting integration, active play and leisure, by building, for example, multi-purpose sports field and leisure and recreation zones.

In connection with our Koncept estate and the neighbouring project, we have planned the redevelopment of Człuchowska Street with the construction of an elevated junction to ensure the safety of pedestrian crossings located there, the redevelopment and commissioning of street lighting, and the construction of a new transport link, i.e. Bramińskiego Street, with the construction of lighting and an accessway to primary school No. 12.
As part of the redevelopment, a new bituminous road surface was made in both directions, new foot pavements and exits were made, and new safe pedestrian crossings with traffic lights were built on Jana III Sobieskiego and Kombatantów street, which ensures safe transport for the residents of Rumia.
To ensure the convenience of the entire local community, we have planned the construction of Jeziorna Street from the roundabout at Kosynierów Street in Rumia. The project will involve the comprehensive construction of an approximately 415 m long and 6 m wide concrete block road with a foot pavement on both sides as well as with lighting.
One of our priorities is the activities targeted at families with children. With the parents’ and their children’s comfort in mind, public Pozytywne Playgroup No. 9 was opened at the Start estate in Gdańsk Kokoszki in September 2021 in cooperation with the Pozytywne Inicjatywy Foundation.
The construction of the publically available multi-purpose sports field is a project aiming at improving the quality of everyday life of the residents of the Kokoszki district in Gdańsk. Located at Osiedlowa Street, the sport facility enhances the comfort of use of the public space available to all local residents.
Out of the planned projects aiming at the improvement of the quality of life of the local community, the next project is the revitalisation of the bank of the river Zagórska Struga in Rumia.
To improve recreational infrastructure and enhance the comfort of local residents’ life, in consultation with the Pruszcz Gdański Commune, we have planned to create a bicycle/pedestrian path. As part of the project, in the surroundings of the water tank located near the Debiut project, recreational infrastructure will be constructed including a cycling path and foot pavement, along with lighting and structural landscaping.
One of our activities to improve the quality of road infrastructure around the Start project located in Gdańsk Kokoszki was the joint founding of the redevelopment of a road length covering a section of Nowatorów Street from the junction with Fabryczna Street to the pedestrian crossing, together with the construction of traffic lights and street lighting.
The multi-stage OPTIMA project located in Gdańsk Jasień offered a good chance for the development of that area. To ensure the best possible living conditions to the local community, we have implemented several projects at that place.

By the OPTIMA estate, we have built a length of Jasińskiego Street, which provides a comfortable traffic connection for both the residents and visitors, e.g. the customers of the shops and service outlets operating as part of the project.

OPTIMA – the redevelopment of Stężycka Street
Caring for the local community, we redeveloped Stężycka Street. Owing to driveway repairs, driving comfort is better, and the construction of a foot pavement and lighting enhanced the safety of both the pedestrians and motorists.

OPTIMA – opening of Playgroup No. 7
At the OPTIMA estate, public Pozytywne Playgroup No. 7 run by the Pozytywne Inicjatywy Foundation was created. Owing to this facility, children have a short distance to cover to reach their playgroup. Next to the building, INPRO also built parking spaces which help the carers to bring and collect children from playgroup efficiently and comfortably.

OPTIMA – creation of bus line No. 120 with the construction of a bus stop at the estate
We created special bus line No. 120, whose route starts at the bus stop created as part of the OPTIMA project. The bus runs at the Stężycka – Siedlce route crossing many significant locations. Owing to that, local residents may comfortably travel to schools, work and shops.

With the care of the parents’ and their children’s comfort in mind, the public Pozytywne Playgroup No. 9 run by the Pozytywne Inicjatywy Foundation was created at the Start estate in Gdańsk Kokoszki.
