Out of the planned projects aiming at the improvement of the quality of life of the local community, the next project is the revitalisation of the bank of the river Zagórska Struga in Rumia.
The modernisation is to comprise part of the river bank between Sobieskiego and Torowa streets. At the town area, created will be an aesthetic and functional public leisure and recreation site, which will make public space considerably more attractive.
Under the agreement with the Rumia Municipality, INPRO will design and fund the entire project. The works related to the revitalisation of the Zagórska Struga river bank will commence following the start of the construction of the “Rumia Centralna” estate, which is scheduled for 2023.
We are very pleased to have established cooperation with the Rumia Town Hall. We believe that the project involving the revitalisation of green areas will create one of the new local attractions. It will be used by all the inhabitants of Rumia, including the flat owners of our new investment. We hope that, together with the local authorities, we will be able to create a new centre that will become a favourite meeting place for residents and a new landmark of the city.

We are pleased to announce that, in accordance with the planned work schedule, we have started the installation of a footbridge over the Zagórska Struga river in Rumia. This undertaking is an effect of Inpro S.A.'s commitment to the development of the urban fabric of the city and improving the quality of life of its residents.
Works related to the revitalisation of the area around the investment and enabling free movement around the river are the result of arrangements with the Rumia City Hall and an element of Inpro S.A.'s active participation in the life of the city. The entire space will create a coherent whole, to the benefit of the local community. The work was carried out by WKS Konstrukcje Sp. z o.o.
We are convinced that we are creating a place that fits perfectly into the character of the city, significantly enriching it and providing real benefit to the local community.
