The Harmonia Oliwska is an unusual residential estate created in 4 stages (Cytra, Rotta, Tercja and Kwarta) in picturesque surroundings. The estate by the junction of Opacka and Grunwaldzka streets is just 200 m from the Oliwa Park, The buildings and their infrastructure are created to blend with green surroundings best. The whole project creates an ideal space for everyday walks, relaxation in the open air and recreation.

Architecture and amenities

The Harmonia Oliwska estate consists of six- and eight-storey buildings with lifts and basements. Ground floor flats feature gardens. Individual children’s playgrounds have been created at the first three project stages.

The peculiar elements of the estate certainly include interesting façades partly finished with refined materials and common areas such as upper-end halls and staircases.

Park-type vegetation

The area between the buildings is planted with park-type vegetation. Its combination with structural landscaping creates a new urban space for residents living nearby.

The point of connection between Grunwaldzka, Opacka and Pomorska streets creates a perfect point from the transport point of view. That location means that the residents of the Harmonia Oliwska have direct access to tram and bus stops. Moreover, 850 m from the estate, there is the SKM Gdańsk Żabianka train station, and the SKM Gdańsk Oliwa train station is 1.3 km from the project.

A small distance to the beach

Less than 3 km from the project, there is a picturesque beach in Jelitkowo, a dream place to chill out amongst the seaside landscape.
