Harmonia Oliwska - Stage IV “Kwarta”

The Harmonia Oliwska is an exceptional residential estate located at Opacka Street in Gdańsk. The last, four stage of the estate, the “Kwarta”, comprised the construction of two buildings with the total of 174 flats.

Large, sunny balconies and terraces have become an ideal complement to the modern design. Flats at the lowest storeys have their own gardens. The estate is partly fenced and monitored by security personnel. At the underground storey, there are garage halls and storage units, and staircases are provided with lifts. An estate located close to the Oliwa Park

The estate is situated at the junction of Opacka and Grunwaldzka streets. The historic Oliwa Park is located just 200 m from the complex. The concept of the Harmonia Oliwska was prepared for that estate to blend with park-type vegetation best and create a harmonious whole with vegetation, a place ideally suited for relaxation.

Architecture and amenities

The Harmonia Oliwska estate is a set of six- and eight-storey buildings with amenities such as lifts and storage units. Playgrounds have been provided at the first three stages of the project.

The estate is distinguished by the façades partly covered with refined materials and by the high standard of common areas (halls and staircases).

Park-type vegetation

For many, the Harmonia Oliwska is a new and attractive city space, created by excellently matched items of structural landscaping and park-type vegetation.

Comfortable flat layout

The designs of the flats are such that their new owners will be able to fit out their interiors quickly and comfortably.

The upper storeys of the buildings are divided into large flats, and those located on the ground floor are provided with gardens. The project is also distinguished by spacious and sunny balconies, terraces and loggias.

A safe and comfortable residential estate

The security of the estate is ensured by the monitoring system and, partly, by fencing. As part of the complex, garage halls are provided, and generally accessible car parks have been created at common areas.

The Harmonia Oliwska creates a calm space ideal for relaxation. Additionally, the estate has been adapted to the requirements of persons with disabilities.

Surroundings

The Harmonia Oliwska boasts the vicinity of the Oliwa Forests creating the Tri-City Landscape Park. Along the 2.5 km route to the ZOO in Oliwa, residents may pause by the Pachołek Hill, which makes it possible to admire beautiful landscapes around.

The complex offers easy access to infrastructure, too. The University of Gdańsk is located approximately 1.5 km from the facility. The office buildings of the Olivia Business Centre and shopping centres are located in the area as well.

Active relaxation

The surroundings of the Harmonia Oliwska create favourable conditions for relaxation and recreation. Nearby, there are many routes perfectly suited for jogging roller skating or cycling.

Not far from the complex situated is the Gdańsk University of Physical Education and Sport, which has extensive sport and relaxation facilities.

Opacka Park

At the area separated from the Harmonia Oliwska estate with Grunwaldzka Street, the Opacka Park office complex will be built. Its area will reach 20,000 square metres.

That building will provide the residents with easy access to commercial units and restaurants. The building's western side facing the residential estate will be used for a cafeteria court.

The combination of green areas with structural landscaping will permit the creation of a new city space for all residents living nearby.

City transport

Rapid city railway (SKM), tram and bus

The estate is located at a place with excellent transport conditions. The junction of Grunwaldzka, Opacka and Pomorska streets ensures direct access to tram and bus stops. At a distance of 850 metres from the project, there is the SKM Gdańsk Żabianka train station and at 1.3 km there is the SKM Gdańsk Oliwa one.

A small distance to the beach

One of the most popular beaches in the Tri-City, the beach in Jelitkowo, is situated only 2.9 km from the project. The beach area is perfect for summer relaxation by the waves and in the swoosh of surf.

The Gdańsk University of Physical Education and Sport within reach

Close to the Harmonia Oliwska located is the Gdańsk University of Physical Education and Sport whose resources include many sport facilities, for example a sports and entertainment arena, swimming pool, fitness centre, sports fields and tennis courts.

The Old Market in Oliwa

The residents of the estate only need to take a 15 minute walk to reach the enchanting Old Market in Oliwa, the historic centre of the district. The walk takes them across the parts of the Oliwa district, full of picturesque and historic paths.
