We are pleased to inform you that photovoltaic panels have been installed on the roofs of the Kwartał Uniwersytecki 2 and Kwartał Uniwersytecki 3 buildings. This is one of the environmentally friendly solutions, which INPRO introduces on its projects. We invite you to view the latest photos of the project.
The system comprises 23 photovoltaic panels with the total power of 6.59 kW. Solar energy is supplied to the common areas, for example lifts, corridor lighting and the surroundings of the buildings. Photovoltaic systems will reduce the annual CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by 5.2 tons. Owing to the panels, two condominium owners’ associations will obtain approximately 6,750 kWh of electric energy a year, which will save them around PLN 4,100 over 12 months.
The Kwartał Uniwersytecki 2 and 3 buildings are located close to a tram stop and the Gdańsk Przymorze rapid city railway station. The area has excellent transport links, owing to which the residents are able to reach other parts of the Tri-City quickly and comfortably.
