The Management Board of INPRO S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 30/07/2025 it received a notice of entry made on 23/07/2025 by the Gdańsk-North District Court in Gdańsk, 3rd Land and Mortgage Division, in division IV of land and mortgage register No. GD1G/00094562/5, of a contractual real estate mortgage on the assets of INPRO S.A. The mortgage constitutes legal security for the credit granted to INPRO SA by BOŚ Bank SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Bank") on the basis of current non-revolving credit agreement No. S/65/02/2024/1098/K/KON of 26/06/2024 as amended up to PLN 40,000,000 (current report No. 18/2024 of 26/06/2024).
The credit agreement concerns financing stage III of the ATUT estate in Rotmanka.
The entry of mortgage was made in division IV of the land and mortgage register and concerns establishing the contractual real estate mortgage up to PLN 60,000,000 in favour of BOŚ Bank SA. The mortgage secures the main amount, interest and other costs following from credit agreement No. S/65/02/2024/1098/K/KON of 26/06/2024, encumbering the title of INPRO S.A. to real estate located in Rotmanka, for which real estate the Gdańsk-North District Court in Gdańsk, 3rd Land and Mortgage Register Division, maintains land and mortgage register No. GD1G/00094562/5.
The value of the asset on which the above security was established is, in the Company's books of, accounts, PLN 13,378,625.00.
There are no connections between the Company, its managers and supervisors and the Bank and its managers.
