The Brawo is a housing estate of timeless architecture and design, distinguished by exceptional elegance and prestige. The project was built in Pruszcz Gdański, at Strzeleckiego Street. The project’s unique asset is the high standard of finish of the buildings and common areas. At the estate, an exceptional playroom and large playground for children have been built at the estate. Brawo is a project combining privacy with a highly original design. A great advantage of the estate is its low-rise, four-storey development, which offers the residents a sense of privacy and comfort. It is an excellent choice for those who appreciate peace and quiet, and look for a cosy living space.
The Brawo estate comprises 127 functional flats with varied layouts. As part of the entire project, 2 garage halls with a total of 122 spaces were built. In addition, more than 60 external private parking spaces and 6 public spaces are designed in the garage entrance area.

The ground floor flats feature gardens and upper floor flats have large and spacious balconies. Flats are designed with high precision and care for the comfort and good spatial layout. This permits the residents to fit the interior out freely according to their individual needs and preferences.
To enhance the comfort of the residents, the buildings have been designed with lifts, storage units and special rooms for prams and bicycles. Security at the estate is ensured by round-the-clock monitoring, and the entrance barrier limits vehicular traffic at the project site.
As part of the estate, an exceptional fitness room has been created on level -1 of one of the buildings. An outdoor relaxation area is also designed. With the youngest residents in mind, a unique playroom and a large playground were created within the estate.
To improve recreational infrastructure and enhance the comfort of local residents’ life, in consultation with the Pruszcz Gdański Commune, we have planned to create a bicycle/pedestrian path. As part of the project, in the surroundings of the water tank located near the Debiut project, recreational infrastructure will be constructed including a cycling path and foot pavement, along with lighting and structural landscaping.
The financing and construction of the project is the responsibility of INPRO at land owned by the Pruszcz Gdański Municipality.
