The GOLF PARK, 81 detached and semi-detached houses by the lake in Tuchom, 6.6 km from the limits of Gdynia and 4.8 km from Chwaszczyno. The estate is located 11.5 km from the Lech Wałęsa Airport and 5.5 km from the Tokary golf range.
We offer houses from 158 m2 to 208 m2 located at plots from 600 m2 to 1,549 m2. The estate is fenced and provided with security service. As part of the estate, green areas, a playground, and a multi-function sports field have been designed. The whole Golf Park estate is connected to the municipal drainage system.
