Optima Task III

Task III of the OPTIMA estate consists of 3 buildings with a total of 88 flats. The perfect location, at Stężycka Street in Gdańsk, permits the use of rich surrounding infrastructure. Less than 2 km from the project site, there is, for example, a slip road to the Tri-City bypass road (1.7 km), the Designer Outlet Gdańsk shopping centre (1.9 km) as well as Lake Jasień with many recreational areas and an extensive network of bicycle paths. It takes only 15 minutes to get to the centre of Gdańsk from the OPTIMA housing estate.

The multi-stage OPTIMA estate consists of four- and five-storey multi-family buildings. The project is designed to meet the expectations of the residents and provide them with anything they need for a comfortable life. Each unit is equipped with a spacious balcony or garden. Green areas around the buildings are fitted out with structural landscaping, a water hole, playground for children, an outdoor fitness centre and a multi-functional sports field. To increase residents’ comfort, ground-based car parks, bicycle stands and a retail and service centre have been built. The estate is partly fenced and covered with round-the-clock monitoring. An illuminated foot pavement designed by INPRO along Stężycka Street, by which the project is located, is an additional amenity.

Flats in the OPTIMA estate are designed with attention to functionality. The well-thought-out room layouts ensure adequate sunlight in the flats and offer enable individual design. The buildings also feature amenities such as garage halls and residents’ storage units, as well modern lifts in each staircase.

A housing estate for active people

Those who appreciate active recreation in the open air will certainly appreciate the outdoor gym located within the estate. The family-orientated character of the estate is also emphasised solutions such as a multifunctional sports field suitable for various team games and a large playground, which provides a creative space for the youngest.

Optimal amenities

For the sake of the residents’ comfort, garage halls, ground-based car parks and bicycle stands have been created. Each building also has residents’ storage units and lifts. To increase security, a monitoring system has been installed at the estate and its area is partly fenced.

Optimal space

All flats within the OPTIMA project have spacious balconies or green gardens, whose areas reach as much as 390 m2.

Optimal environment

There is a commercial and service building at the estate, offering for example, access to Żabka and Stokrotka chain shops, Cukrowa Bakery, Public Positive Playgroup No. 7, and the "A-KuKu" crèche. There is also an ATM and a 24-hour parcel machine within the estate. In the vicinity of the project, there are vast recreational areas ideal for walks around the nearby lakes.

We Jointly Create the City

The multi-stage OPTIMA project located in Gdańsk Jasień offered a good chance for the development of that area. To ensure the best possible living conditions to the local community, we have implemented several projects at that place, including:

  • construction of a length of Jasińskiego Street enhancing the comfort of travel,
  • redevelopment of Stężycka Street in Gdańsk Jasień with the construction of a foot pavement and installation of a lighting system, which improves safety,
  • creation of bus line No. 120 with the construction of a bus stop, which permits efficient transport around the city,
  • ct commercial units ensuring comfortable access to all bare necessities including the opening of public Pozytywne Playgroup No. 7 in Gdańsk.
