An exceptional design

The Masuria region is a magical place that allows its guests to enjoy a carefree holiday. Owing to the combination of wild nature and endless lakes with access to luxurious amenities, visitors to the Apartments in Mikołajki will enter a new level of relaxation.

The facility will be a 5-storey modern building comprising a total of 71 residential and 34 commercial apartments. Additional space for relaxation will include loggias, balconies and terraces, offering a breath-taking view of the lake.

Close to nature

The apartments are being built right by Lake Mikołajskie and are surrounded by picturesque nature, at the same time ensuring access to the rich nearby infrastructure. The building will be surrounded by walking paths leading across green areas with structural landscaping, along the developed waterfront. The project site will be lit, and the pedestrian and vehicular entrance zones will be monitored.

Comfortable solutions

The modern apartments will offer their guests many amenities, taking care of the guests’ comfort throughout their stay.  

In the main part of the facility there will be a presentable foyer. Lifts and storage units will be built in the buildings.  In the underground storey of the building, a garage hall with 62 parking spaces for cars (including 1 disabled space) and 7 parking spaces for motorbikes will be built.

3 separate garages

Additionally, 3 separate garages, each with 2 spaces, and 29 ground-based parking spaces (including 5 for persons with disabilities and 24 with the exclusive right of use by the Mikołajki Hotel) will be built.

Relaxation in the lake district

For some, a blissful rest in the surrounding stunning Masurian nature is enough to be fully satisfied. However, for those who look for additional attractions even during their holidays, the project authors have designed, for example, a boutique, playroom for children and a modern fitness zone. In addition to that, for fans of active outdoor recreation, who plan to visit the lake district by bike, the building provides bicycle storage rooms and generally accessible outdoor parking spaces for bicycles.

On a business trip

The apartments in Mikołajki are a great place for those who like to combine business with pleasure. In addition to the rich relaxation zone, the facility will also satisfy the needs of business travellers. For example, a small conference room will be created in the building, and there is an active conference centre in the Mikołajki Hotel adjacent to the facility.

Relaxation at your fingertips

The main part of the hotel, which is located on the lake, comprises a swimming pool, SPA with saunas, gym with a fitness zone, the New Island restaurant, conference centre and children’s playroom.

Feast for the senses

The Irish pub-style restaurant of the Mikołajki Leisure & SPA Hotel will turn any meeting, be it business, romantic or family one, into a feast for the sight, smell and taste. The wine and drinks menu will not disappoint the best connoisseurs, and the fine dishes, as well as the variety of smells and colours, will make every meal exceptional.

The marina

Next to the apartment building, there is the Residents’ Haven with the state-of-the art and environmentally friendly marina called 180s. The 180s.pl Residents’ Haven is situated in the Cicha Bay on Lake Mikołajskie.
