Owing to its unique architecture and a design that rises above the surrounding buildings, the estate will establish a new character for the urban fabric. The lowest levels will be connected into a compact block through a large garage hall and a commercial area, while from the second storey upwards, each structure will form a standalone building.

Functional design

Rumia Centralna is a development consisting of six buildings to be constructed in five phases. As part of phase I, building D will be constructed, consisting of two parts: the lower one (consisting of 9 above-ground storeys) and the higher one (consisting of 11 above-ground storeys). The building will include 96 flats and 6 commercial units. One-, two- and three-room flats are on offer. The units will have spacious balconies, loggias and terraces to enjoy the surroundings.

Right next to the estate, there is a bus stop operated by lines 84, 85, 86, 173, 288 and 650, enabling anyone to reach the various parts of the city and the neighbouring locations. In addition, owing to the nearby PKP railway station, the inhabitants can reach the Tri-City easily and directly, and a trip to Gdynia by the Rapid City Railway will take only 10 minutes.
