In Rumia Centralna, tradition meets modernity. Both the region and the town itself have a rich history. The project is being developed at Sobieskiego Street (also known as Via Publica), which has been economically and strategically important to the region for over 2,000 years. The river Zagórska Struga, which has played an important economic role for Rumia for over two thousand years, flows just next to the estate. Opposite the project, now underway, is the historic Claasen Hotel (known as the Biały Dworek today) with its botanical garden. Owing to its unique architecture and a design that rises above the surrounding buildings, the estate will establish a new character for the urban fabric. The lowest levels will be connected into a compact block through a large garage hall and a commercial area, while from the second storey upwards, each structure will form a standalone building.

Rumia Centralna is a development consisting of six buildings to be constructed in five phases. As part of phase I, building D will be constructed, consisting of two parts: the lower one (consisting of 9 above-ground storeys) and the higher one (consisting of 11 above-ground storeys). The building will include 96 flats and 6 commercial units. One-, two- and three-room flats are on offer. The units will have spacious balconies, loggias and terraces to enjoy the surroundings.

Access to the commercial zone at your fingertips is a guarantee of daily comfort. That is why, within the Rumia Centralna complex, a richly developed shopping arcade is planned, creating an ideal meeting venue and providing the opportunity to handle the matters that are important on a daily basis just a step away from home.

As part of the complex, the banks of the river Zagórska Struga will be revitalised. The planned redevelopment of the riverside areas will make Rumia's urban infrastructure much more attractive. The entire space, including both the urban area and the project site, will create a coherent whole, positively influencing the appearance and functionality of the surroundings, as well as providing a public place for recreation and leisure.

The project highlight will be the internal patio, whose rich greenery combined with landscaping elements will create not only a beautiful visual layer, but also a perfect place to relax. It is that area which will comprise, for example, a playground, playroom, fitness area and green recreational space for residents.

The design envisages the creation of a fitness area intended for the residents. That solution will help you to take care of your health and fitness without the need to travel to a fitness centre, which will improve comfort and save time and money.

At the project site, the space for motorists is planned. As part of the project, 736 parking spaces in 2 garage buildings, 62 ground-based spaces and 4 outdoor parking spaces with EV charging stations will be provided.

Phase I of the project will include a garage building with 261 parking spaces in a three-level hall. In addition, 40 ground-based spaces will be created as part of this phase

In all the buildings, large, stylish entrance halls are designed. Each building will be equipped with modern lifts, storage lockers, pram and bicycle rooms. To ensure the safety of residents, the estate will be covered by 24-hour CCTV.
