Forma Elbląg

The FORMA residential estate is located at Mielczarskiego Street in Elbląg.

The design comprises a multi-family residential project, which will be constructed in three stages.

As part of currently implemented project task I, one building with a diversified height (6 and 7 storeys) and a great number of attractive amenities ensuring the high living comfort will be built.

In the central part of the project, a green patio is planned, which will provide space for leisure and recreation, an ideal place for chill-out and meetings with neighbours.

Functional flats

As part of estate project task I, sixty eight 2-, 3- and 4-room flats with functional areas from 41.72 to 70.69 m2 are planned.

As flat layouts vary, the buyer will be able to find a dream flat, i.e. the one which perfectly satisfies the needs of its future users.

Green terraces and balconies

Flats located at the lowest habitable level will have terraces filled with vegetation offering daily contact with nature, and flats at higher floors will have large balconies with a glazed barrier permitting excellent illumination of the interior.

A green patio in the heart of the project

Common recreation space for daily relaxation in green surroundings helps residents to calm down and establish relations with the neighbours.

For that purpose, a green patio comprising recreation areas enriched with structural landscaping and a play space for the youngest residents will be created at the FORMA project site.

Attractions for the youngest

Children’s imagination and energy seem to have no limits, that is why children need suitably arranged space to keep them busy, support continuous development and enable contact with peers.

On warm days, a multi-functional playground designed as part of project task I will be an excellent place for the purpose and, if the weather is worse, children will be able to spend time actively in the play room planned on the ground floor.

Space for motorists

On the ground floor (under the residential part), the garage hall comprising 53 parking spaces will be built. Three ground-based parking spaces (intended for persons with disabilities) will also be built at the project site.

In addition, as part of project task II, a detached multi-level garage for use by the residents of the estate will be built.

Live comfortably

To provide the residents with the high comfort of daily living, many amenities are planned as part of the FORMA estate.

In the modern building, lifts, rooms for keeping baby carriages and strollers, storage boxes (40), as well as individual bicycle storage compartments (28) are planned.

Cycling amenities

For the lovers of active recreation in the fresh air, who like cycling around, in addition to individual bicycle storage compartments, generally accessible outdoor bicycle parking spaces and the bicycle storage room located at the common parts of the estate are planned.

The FORMA estate will take care of your comfort while you take care of being fit.

With physical activity lovers in mind, the fitness zone for the residents of the estate is planned at project task I.

The area under partition walls is not counted towards your apartment’s area. With INPRO you only pay for the area you really use, saving you a considerable amount of money when buying an apartment.

Closest surroundings

The FORMA project will offer the residents comfortable access to the places important to them in everyday life.

In the immediate vicinity of the estate, there is the Biedronka store, and Primary School No. 14 with a sports field, Playgroup No. 18 and a Żabka grocery store are just within a few minutes’ walk.

Close to the project site, there are also many shopping and service outlets as well as leisure and recreation areas, for example the football field of the City Sports and Recreation Centre, now being extended.

Good transport connections

In the immediate environment of the project, there are bus stops servicing lines 13, 15 and 19, which permit efficient access to the key parts of the city.

The FORMA estate is being built 1.3 km from the PKS bus terminal and 3.5 km from the exit into the S7 dual carriageway.

Moreover, the picturesque historic Old Market Square in Elbląg can be reached within a few-minute drive.
