Six buildings within stage III of the ATUT estate have been included in our sales offer.
In buildings A, B, E, F, G and H, which have just been placed on the market, there are 172 one to four room flats ranging from 31.38 to 81.85 m2. The flats will have additional space as balconies are planned on upper floors and private home gardens on the ground floor.
In buildings A and B of the ATUT project, small flats with a great potential are planned. Among the homes on offer, there are studios and two room functional flats from 32 to 36.42 m2.

As part of a tripartite road agreement between the Pruszcz Gdański Commune, Jeronimo Martins Nieruchomości BIS Sp. z o.o. and Inpro S.A., a section of Zaczarowana Street in Rotmanka, Pruszcz Gdański, will be built. A total of 150 metres of the new road surface will be made.
In the surroundings of the water reservoir near the ATUT project, recreational infrastructure has been provided including a cycling path and foot pavement, along with lighting and structural landscaping.
In 2022, the Town of Pruszcz Gdański built a large urban recreational complex. Located at Rogozińskiego Street in Pruszcz Gdański, that modern space is accessible by the whole local community and is a unique attraction for both children and adults. As part of the completed project, residents can use a multi-purpose sports field with an artificial surface, a roller rink, bicycle path, playgrounds for younger and older children, an outdoor gym and a dog pen. In addition, 53 parking spaces have been built around the square.
A new road will be constructed in Pruszcz Gdański to facilitate traffic between Strzeleckiego and Grunwaldzka streets. The new road will considerably shorten the current travel time from the Atut estate to Grunwaldzka Street, which will improve the residents’ comfort. The road is scheduled for completion in 2026.
