OPTIMA VI is a new project implemented in Gdańsk Jasień. The estate will be located at Jasińskiego Street. As part of that state, the construction of 40 detached, semi-detached and terraced single-family houses with the area from 110 to 134 m2 is planned.

The complex of single-family houses rising as part of OPTIMA project task VI offers many amenities to the residents. The project is distinguished by many green areas, environmentally-friendly solutions such as rain gardens and parabolic ditches, as well as a specially fenced dog pen. At the estate, two ground-based car parks with private spaces and a generally accessible car park are planned.

The completion of construction of a part of the single-family houses is scheduled for the end of June 2024.

Prices are from as small as from PLN 900 k gross!

Your own land with a house on it

As part of the OPTIMA project task VI, the ownership of land with a single-family house is offered. The complex comprises 40 detached, semi-detached and terraced houses. Houses range from 110 to 134 m2 and are located at plots ranging from 155 to 401 m2. All the houses will have the builder’s finish.

Convenient location

The estate is located at Jasińskiego Street in Gdańsk, which be eventually connected with a planned new road. OPTIMA is located less than 10 minutes from the Designer Outlet Gdańsk shopping centre and just 5 minutes from the exit to the Tri-City bypass road, which enables quick access to the centre of Gdańsk. Internal roads being built at the estate will also improve access from the project to a public road. Close by is also a bus stop of new bus line No. 120 from Stężycka Street to the Siedlce district of Gdańsk.

The comfort of daily living

Two bathrooms on the first floor and the master bedroom with a separate walk-in cabinet are designed in every house. The owners of terraced and semi-detached houses will also have a storage room with a dishwasher connection at their disposal. All the residents will also be able to install a fireplace, which is feasible as the houses are equipped with a commercial smoke pipe.

Somewhere to work and study

OPTIMA single-family houses are the response to the needs of those persons who work or study remotely on a daily basis. Access point sockets ensuring wireless Internet access in the entire house are planned on two storeys. The LAN data transmission network will also be extended to each room. To make the residents' daily chores even easier, some of the houses are designed with an additional room on the ground floor, which would be perfect as an office or remote learning room for a child.

Security

Cabling for the installation of an alarm system ready for motion sensors and an appropriate controller will be provided in the houses. To improve functionality, entrance onto the premises will be possible through the gate controlled from a GSM phone.

High functionality

Houses at the OPTIMA VI estate are designed with the use of functional and proven solutions. To ensure the comfort of living, the usable ground floor room height will be 2.85 m, and the first floor height will be 2.70 m. These values guarantee a greater freedom of room fit-out. The spacious nature of the house will also be ensured by full-height storeys.

Rain gardens and parabolic ditches

Rain gardens will be an important element in the estate development. They will enhance both the aesthetic values of the surroundings and their biodiversity, and contribute to air purification and humidity thus improving the quality of life and health of the residents. At the project site, parabolic rain ditches will also be made, which will enable rain water penetration into the ground and water storage and thus contribute to the reduction of the costs of water-related services, e.g. plant watering.

Live a healthy and active life

The future residents will have unlimited access to all the amenities of the OPTIMA estate. Sports lovers and person who highly value active relaxation will be able to use the outdoor gym. At the project site, there is also a multi-function sports field suitable for various team games, as well as a large playground for the youngest. Cycling paths will offer yet another way of spending time in the open air. A view point, from which the picturesque panorama of the surroundings can be admired, will be a new attraction for the residents.

Dog pen

To meet the needs of dog owners, the construction of a dog pen is planned at the estate. The dog pen will be a specially fenced area conducive to walks with your pet, as well as an area that allows him or her to play safely and freely. The pen will also offer an opportunity for dog owners to meet locally and exchange experiences with other dog owners.

Ground-based car parks

At the estate, two ground-based car parks with private spaces and a generally accessible car park are planned.

Commercial units

At the project, buildings with a commercial area have also been built, owing to which the residents have quick and easy access to everyday services.

A Żabka grocery store and 24 h parcel pick-up station permitting the collection of postal packages at any time have been launched at the estate.

Our sales office in OPTIMA estate is open every Monday and Thursday from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and on the first Saturday of the month from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Please be informed that the customers of the INPRO sales office at the OPTIMA estate are entitled to 1 hour of free parking. We would also remind you that all persons parking their vehicles at the above area must obtain the parking ticket no matter how long they intend to use the car park.
